Registration in Test Shib

To all,

I am not sure if this is the correct forum, but I am having issues registering my metadata at testshib.org. I attempted on known good metadata source (one that I have used before) and I get this

"There was an error during the file upload. Please try again."

Any suggestions?

I can verify that it's busted. I'm not sure why it's busted, though. If Kevin doesn't pop up, I'll look at it closer.
